how do i install and use skins?, i downloaded them (they where zipped) unzipped them to :c/program files/winamp/skins
but when i play winamp, nothing's changed!!

If you've got a fairly new version of Winamp, you don't have to unzip the file. Just put it in your skin directory.

To set the skin dir open Winamp and press ALT + S then select your dir by pressing the button near the bottom.

To change a skin press ALT + S again to bring up the skin browser. This will have a list of skins. Select one of these and Winamp should update to show the new skin.
