Am I the only one who reads only select threads when visiting the forums anymore?
I guess I have grown weary of generic topics and repetitive subjects or maybe the thread titles seem boring. I dunno, maybe the other-than-internet life has been more thrilling of late rendering this media less than adrenalizing.

WolfieD 5th March 2001 22:23

im with ya, and ive been doing it for about 2 months now.
thats why my post count is dwindling.

s1138 5th March 2001 22:31

yep me too. i dont read every new thread.

Matt 5th March 2001 23:22

I think you'll find I read almost everything. In this forum anyhow.

fish 5th March 2001 23:25

same as El, wolfie & s1138 here...

things are just real boring nowadays...

ElChevelle 5th March 2001 23:42

We've just modyfied the forum to post new messages first and old messages last. We tried the other way as an experiment and found it lacking..just in case you're wondering what's up.
TOO weird! Your post goes to the top of the thread.

chiquita chad 5th March 2001 23:44

you guys need to pick another forum (skin love for me) they have a better atmosphere and less ppl/new threads or posts... i rarely read every new thread in here... lack of time mainly

 BLING BLING

fish 5th March 2001 23:47

oohhh - that'd take some getting used to...

Matt 5th March 2001 23:56

Yes indeed. Lets just hope the Winamp forums don't go the same way.

s1138 6th March 2001 00:43

OMG!! new messages on top:confused:? who would have though:D

i read most things, not all though. ya know all those newbie or flaming threads are the ones i dont read

Xerxes 6th March 2001 00:53

I would say... I usually read about 60% of topics in General/B-list

90% in Skin Love

and of course, 100% in backstage ;)

Bilbo Baggins 6th March 2001 20:28

I always only select the topics that interest me, or that i have previously replied to.

Twilightseer 7th March 2001 09:55

I don't read everything any more. I'm too sick of certain topics...
Except Backstage (like X-Man ;) )

ElChevelle 7th March 2001 11:27

You'll play hell prying my Backstage pass outta my hands too!;)

Xerxes 8th March 2001 09:42

Chevvelle knows it! You Major Dudes and seniors' would drool even if you just saw the titles of the juicy posts we have in there ;)

No; actually backstage is for the most part bland vanilla boring ... (with the occasional super cool announcement by watadoo) ;)

Xerxes 8th March 2001 09:43

And i STILL say we should rename it from "Backstage" to "Majestic 12" ... ;)

Twilightseer 8th March 2001 09:47

X-man

Fortunately, we're the only ones to know what actually goes on backstage. ;)
Boring ? Bah, you're jaded ! :p

fwgx 8th March 2001 10:08

I usually read the really long threads and the ones that look interesting but by the time I've done that there is no time to post any replies.
arse

fwgx 22nd July 2004 14:30

Now I can just tell what is a good thread and what is not, just by looking at the first few pixels of the first letter of the first word of the thread title. Unfortunatly this means I read very few threads, and thus don't post a lot anymore. Which is really sucky for you lot, so I appologise.

Starfire 22nd July 2004 21:14

Same here,I dont read every thread, just one's that catch my eye.;)
