Nullsoft waveOut plug-in 2.3
MMSYSTEM007 There is not enough memory available for this task. Quit one or more programs, and then try again.

This is the error I recieve. It occurs every time I try and play anything with 2.72, now when I attempt to downgrade to an earlier version i get the same error. I recieve this error even if it is the only program running. It is not my sound card because I get audio with my other programs.
