The Stupid winamp agent keeps crashing my whole computer! I close it and it fine! what's up with this?

I can't use it if it doesn't work!

What version of Winamp are you using? Also, if you go into Winamp Preferences and uncheck the Agent options, do you have a problem with file associations being stolen by Real Player or some other program? Depending upon how you use Real Player and other audio/video players, it might be unnecessary for you to have Agent enabled.

If you are using Winamp 2.72 or 2.73 and you must have Agent enabled, you might want to post a reply and include your system specs and a more detailed description of what happens when your system crashes (error messages, etc.). Under normal conditions, Agent should not cause any problems.
