DJ / User ID?
 

My SHOUTcast Source DSP asks for a DJ / User ID. I use the name Scylla or Scylla Circe. But the DSP don't recognise this. I did however not realise an email was sent with an activation link. What is my CJ / User ID and is my password the same ads the password I use to log in?

did you follow the activation link? was there anything on the activation page that indicates what that information is? have you received any emails since activating?

generally the dj username / id and password are setup in the shoutcast DNAS config file. looks like you might be using some hosted service though. if your using the shoutcast streaming service, you might want to direct your questions to the forum dedicated to the streaming service .

else check the shoutcast DNAS server config for those values. if all else fails, try using the default username of 'stream' and the password you have configured in the streaming service options.
