I need an encoder
 

I have been using WinAmp/Shoutcast for over 1 year. Yesterday Shoutcast began freezing up on me. I deleted both WinAmp and Shoutcast. Once I tried to reinstall both I ran into issues and was not able to download them. I finally got both to download but there is no encoder? I am using them inconjunction with Radio.co

Can anyone help me please???
