[Shoucast API] What do 'mc' & 'lc' stand for in the returned XML

Here is a typical station tag that you would receive when asking for stations list
code:
<station name="GENERATION SOUL DISCO FUNK RADIO [HD]" genre="Funk" genre2="Soul" genre3="Disco" genre4="Neo Soul" genre5="Urban Contemporary" logo="http://i.radionomy.com/document/radios/6/666e/666e313a-17db-4b41-ab8a-c20c87ed91cb.png" mt="audio/mpeg" id="1210771" br="128" lc="165" ml="600"/>

In this example, what do lc and ml stand for please?
I imagine that 'ml' could stand for 'maximum listener'? Correct?
...but what would 'lc' stand for?

Thanks!
