Help with aWARemote

I'm hoping some people here use aWARemote, as I didn't know where else to go.

So I installed aWARemote for the purpose of listening to music while playing games, without having to alt-tab every time. However, it seems that whenever I pick and choose a song through aWARemote, it won't play the next song after the song ends, or when I click the next track button. Every time I pick a song through aWARemote, it says "1 song added to playlist", so I'm assuming it's adding the song to its own playlist, instead of playing it from the library/playlist.

What I'd like to do is be able to pick and choose songs through aWARemote and have it progress to the next track like it normally does in Winamp.

Any help is much appreciated!

If you are sitting within keyboard range, then why not just use the keybindings?
You are not using the remote for it intended purpose if you are just sitting right next to your computer changing the songs.

The remote is for people who are not always sitting next to their media center.

The keybindings don't seem to work when I'm in-game. Anyways, why is it not playing the next track in the list when I play a song? Also, the next & previous track buttons don't seem to do anything.

I'm not home so I cannot be sure but I think you have to hold down on the song to add it. tbh I think you're better off just putting together a playlist beforehand and then go from there in the app
