How to resample?

Hi there!

I'm trying to use Shoutcast and I want to transmit in 128kbps, 44Khz, but I have a lot files in 96Khz, per example. But when I play theses files on winamp, the songs get slowly as hell.

I guess tha sample rate interferes, right? There is any way to resample this during the transmission?

Shoutcast: v2.3.5
Winamp: v5.666

Cheers

Not alone with the both tools. You need a transcoding software between streaming client (Winamp: v5.666) and server (DNAS). Or you have to resample all your used files.

Have you considered using/trying other software to see if they play your files correctly?

It may also be worth seeing if your sound card can be set at 96khz

If that doesn't do the trick you might have to rencode the files back to 44.1Khz

Apologies for the big picture its Facebook...
