I installed WinAmp in a PC,Windows 10.I need the Shoutcast server URL to be able to
play music,thanks in advance for any help.

What exactly do you want?
want to listen to a shoutcast station or do you want to stream music to the internet?

So you need the stream URLs?

Just download the file and play it on Winamp.

Sorry ,where I can find that file?,i'm not well versed with this stuff.A while ago I just
went to online services,new,and entered a shoutcast URL and presto,i listened to music.
I have 1 pc and a laptop Windows 10 and 8.1 playing WinAmp with no problem.What I
need is to listen to the sreamed music from Shoutcast.

You can find the files at http://directory.shoutcast.com/. Just search for stations there.
