We Recently noticed that Chrome will stop support Regular HTTP streams.
What is a company's solution for providers with multiport SHOUTcast servers
on each machine?

You have the possibility to use SSL for SHOUTcast.

Alternatively, there is the possibility that you use a proxy such as HaProxy or other.

Do you have another idea how can i proxy 30 different ports on the same machine?

How about maybe HaProxy?
