SHOUTcast OVER HTTPS
Hello Guys.
We Recently noticed that Chrome will stop support Regular HTTP streams. What is a company's solution for providers with multiport SHOUTcast servers on each machine? more info here: https://blog.chromium.org/2019/10/no...out-https.html |
Hey,
You have the possibility to use SSL for SHOUTcast. Either you use the integrated SSL function of SHOUTcast. More information here: https://help.shoutcast.com/hc/en-us/...rver-Software- and https://help.shoutcast.com/hc/en-us/...-New-Features- Alternatively, there is the possibility that you use a proxy such as HaProxy or other. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Greetings. |
Thank You For Your Answer, But The Built SSL is
Only for Shoutcast Server Software Premium customers Do you have another idea how can i proxy 30 different ports on the same machine? |
How about maybe HaProxy?
You can find a german manual here: https://gridscale.io/community/tutor...-debian-linux/ English instructions can be found here, for example: https://www.digitalocean.com/communi...-an-ubuntu-vps Greetings. |
I could not understand
Is That a MULTIPORT Proxy? |
You can store several ports there.

Alternatively you can use e.g. the reverse proxy of Apache.
