Everytime I click on download for a skin, it begins to download but then netscape gives the message, application not found, can't install. Where do I get the application? Please help... I don't really like the base skin and want to change it.

Try right clicking on the download link and choose 'Save Target As' and put the skin in your Winamp\Skins folder :)

Why dont you use Internet eksplorer ?
Jayn say use right click and chose "Save Target As.."
(Usualy in Internet Eksplorer)
When in Netscape, we use "Save Link As"
