i know that this question may have been asked before, but i did search the FAQ and the forums and couldn't find it this time.
the bottom of my playlist is "cut off". and because of this, i can't change the size of the playlist window. i would say that the bottom half of the buttons (add, delete, etc.) are cut off along with anything below them. I had an older version of winamp and just updated it today to the newest. that didn't help. anyone willing to help me? i thank you in advance. |
The quick and dirty way of fixing this is to go into the winamp directory 9usualy c:\program files\winamp) and delete winamp.ini and restart winamp.

nope didn't work. i just tried deleting the winamp.ini and then restarting.

Another quick and dirty way. Set the screen resolution to a higher level. Click and drag the lower right hand corner of the playlist upward. Reset the screen resolution.
Also, if you want to go the other route, there is another winamp.ini file in the Windows folder. |
The quick, clean & possibly easiest way is to edit winamp.ini in Notepad, eg:
pe_wx=12 pe_wy=243 pe_open=1 pe_width=275 pe_height=319 Adjust figures according to taste. My example will place Playlist in bottom left corner of screen @ res of 800x600 Another way would be to simply drag the title bar to somewhere else on the desktop until you can see enough of it to resize it. You may even want to checkmark "Easy Move" in main File menu -> Options. |
Thanks guys!
