I like that we can now vote on skins/plugins but you should have (at least on the more info) the intial rating. This way everyone will know what Nullsoft thinks. Also this prevents a developer that made a crappy <something> and got a low intial rating to get all his/her friend to help increase their rating. (also someoen could be mean and get all their friend to lower someones rating)

I agree, I think the new rating system integrates the Nullsoft 'official' rating and the users' ratings too closeley. Perhaps two totally seperate rating (Nullsoft and Users) would be better?
