I am curious if it is possible to shorten my wav file down from 85 mins to 74 mins so that I can record this single wav file on to a cd, the file is a concert I downloaded. If winamp can not do this, is there anything on the internet that can?

you could speed it up so it plays at faster than regular so it will fit in 74 minutes, but it might sound pretty crazy. You could cut off either the first or last 11 minutes to get it to fit, or you could edit out applause or bad songs in the middle. Whadaya want to do?

Use a sound editor. There are links to some here -
