Well dude, I've got a '95 S-10 Super Sport. It's the precursor to the X-Treme, but it's essentially the same thing. It just doesn't have the aero-package and racing stripes. And about not being able to "haul shit"... Well, I could throw a Honda Accord in the bed and still be able to burn rubber from the stop light. You're right about the Frontier, though. It looks like the piece of crap that it is.

Yes! There's nothing sexy about a dinky 1.5m long Civvie with 17 inch wheels that are taller than the windows, an exhaust larger than the front grille, and an engine that's no match for a mule on steroids. Sheesh... I know some guy who dumped 60 grand on one of those tin toys.

My dad's Geo Metro could outrun one of those things...

Honestly, I don't think Lexus can fuck up a Benz design any further than that.

I went to the LA Auto Show this year, and I have to say just about every concept car on the floor looked bad. The whole idea of round, egg-shaped cars just doesn't do anything for me. Hell, they went ahead and bastardized the Viper for 2003. :mad:

I also think every hybrid/electric car made looks like crap. That's part the reason why they don't sell, other than finding a place to put juice in it.

And here are newer cars I find hideous:

- Audi TT (an overpriced POS).
- Lexus SC430 (as pictured above by RM).
- Toyota Echo and that other hybrid car (look like wind-up toys).
- Honda's hybrid car and the CR-V (geek car, girly-SUV).
- Chevrolet Impala (the nastiest thing Chevy's ever made next to the '80s Malibu hatchback and the Pacer).
- Mitsubishi Eclipse (both this carnation and the last one).
- Nissan Skyline (it's way overrated and it looks gross).
- The current Subaru line (even the Daewoo line looks better).

and all 4wd's(not including sports 4wd's like the subaru's)

I guess we have to accept the fact that aerodynamics are the look of the future in a world sucking down fossil fuel like it's water. And usually aerodynamics = ugly.

Me, I long for my old 1973 Chevy Nova. Or does anyone have a restored 1965-1967 Chevy II SS for sale (cheap)? That was always my dream car.
