Hi,

I've got a very fast cable connection.
BUT when I use a proxy (which I must use) with winamp, and tune in to any ShoutCAST station, the sound is streaming great, except that every 3 seconds or so, I have a VERY short jump (like 0.3 sec), but it's VERY annoying ...
I tried changing the "Streaming" properties of the MPEG decoder... no luck.

Does anyone have a solution for me?
