You can screenshot your pc (Alt + PrntScreen) these buttons simultaneously. Then Goto your Windows Desktop the place where you can have custom backgrounds...just above the start button. Right Click choose paste...or open your mspaint program and Click Edit paste...Then save, and choose a name befitting of your style.

And then you would upload it to some server somewhere. Then in a post your would reference that link using a vbCode drop in such as this (without the pluses) [+img+]+http://www.microsofty.com+[+/img+]
