Recently I posted skins I've made. I didn't post all of them, in fact I was very selective. I've created a few dozen, and only thought maybe 1/3 of them were worthy... A couple I was mistaken and took them down pretty quickly after posting :X
Anyway, what the heck are people thinking when they post skins. Since I'm posting mine, I've been taking the time to periodically check the "new skins" area. Hello? Am I the only one who realizes how bad some of these are? And what about the creator? Can they not see how bad it is?

I never download skinz from Winamp.com just because it's very hard to find a good one. My favorite skin/wall/etc site is DeviantArt so if you want your skin reviewed faster submit it there :)

well, thats your oppinion, and it is heard, but give some developors a break. most only have limited tools, like paint (me :p) and the like, and cannot pump-out qualitity skins 3 at a time, the skin im working on now is called BluAMP (direct decendant of RedAMP (**1/2 stars)) but this one uses an image. i had to pu in that image pixel-by pixel. its taken aobut a year, but its finished, and took along time to make. respect what these people work to make, i do.
