Scoop or not, look at your Ford Pinto tires, then look at your original pic. Can you see the tires? At least it's got the ground clearance of a Hummer:D

File size restriction: The restriction is not for controlling image size, but rather download time (especially for dial-up folks). For example, I can make a pure white 1024x768 PNG and it would take just 300 bytes. With skilful control of the palette and of how you colour your sig image, you can do a lot in under 20kb.
if you limted the sigs to 20kb then only certain people would be able to put nice looking sigs on. that would probaly make both people happy. the ones thyat want restrictions in size, and the dial up folks (damn you people upgrade!) j/k also the people that feel you should be special to have a cool sig would probaly go for it to.
i geuss i should be more thoughtful to the dial up folks and reduse the kb of my sigs, i take dsl for granted

Dialups, the way they suck, and cool sigs
 
Dialups. I hate 'em. Even tho I have one (kinda, I've got a wierd double phoneline twice the speed set up thing, or something)I don't know what it's like in good 'ol America, but here in England, the phone system sucks and we can only get slooow 56kbps. Unless you wanna fork out £40 + a month for ISDN. But still, I don't really think loads of sigs slowss me down that much. As long as they're cool, I don't mind ^_^. (damn, I always do really long posts. How am I eveer gonna be just "Member"?)

40 pounds a month!? HOLY CRAP! that's like 85$ a month here.. holy that is a lot of money! i pay 39.99$ Canadian for my cable connection and it's FAST! i can get 401kbps over winmx downloading many many many files! that's crazy shiet man.. that's just too expensive to be worth it..

or the clearance of a 2001 subaru outback (2.5inches more clearance than a hummer h2)

We've got the net by cable at my house too. Except we only pay something like $25/month because of this "connecting families to the internet" gov't deal.
