is it in anyway possible to send, from visual basic, an ALT + ARROW DOWN or ALT + ARROW UP this to move entries up in the playlist or make a new entries in the middle of the list. even if i use a IPC_SETPLAYLISTPOS (= 121) the new entry will be made at the bottom of the list.
