http://www.winamp.com/skins/detail.j...mponentId=8524 - this is a skin that was published March 28, 2000 and got a 1 star rating from just using some simple skin maker, now this http://www.winamp.com/skins/detail.j...ponentId=25224 - got a 3 and a half star rating for a skin that also has NO custom buttons, no MB, and everything is a Defaulf from "Skinner"( a winamp skinning util) what is up with the rating scale? why is it making it easyer for BAD skins to get a GOOD rating? i mean these skins that are made with NO effort are getting within 1/2 a star of incredible skins hand made by very Talented Artist, and sometimes are getting better ratings than someone who takes the time to draw their skin. this is Waked Ladies and Gentlemen. And Winamp staff you need to look this over.
