You need a cd burning program and a cd writer to record mp3's to cd. (Such as Nero or Easy CD Creator.)

CDA files are just audio cd tracks.

Mp3 to wav yes. Use the diskwriter plugin. Read the FAQ for help on that -

its verey possible, however you asked a question that kinda tends to piss some forum members off! so you better be carefull! this question is asked all the time...ill tell you how to do it....however you have to promise that next time you have a question like this youll go to the little link on the top of your screen. it says search the forum and try to find your answers first that way. if you cant find it there then ask. ok, well i have no idea if oyu have a cd burner. if you dont there is no reason to convert mp3 to wav (wav takes up way to much space) if you have a new cd burner, it should come with a program that will convert mp3 to wav. if not well....ok heres were your gonna do a little reaserch im gonna post some links to the forum pages and you can finsh this by your self.

Burning a CD from MP3's:
You will need Adaptec EasyCD Creator v4.0 (it was probably packed with your burner) or better or Nero - Burning ROM. It's a simple matter of following the instructions in the wizard of whichever program you use :)

Converting from MP3 or WMA to WAV:
* Unless you have extracted the version of the WMA input plugin contained in this ZIP file to your Winamp plugins directory, you will not be able to copy WMA's to WAV.
1) In Winamp, hold Ctrl and press P.
2) Go to Plug-ins -> Output and select the Disk Writer plugin.
3) Click the Configure button and choose the folder to put the generated WAV files in and click OK.
4) Click Close.
5) Add the MP3 and/or WMA files you want to copy to WAV into the playlist.
6) Press the play-button on Winamp. What should happen is that Winamp will play quickly through each song without making any sound. It is doing this of course because it is copying/converting the songs rather than playing them through the soundcard.
7) Do whatever editing you want on the WAV files using a proper editor such as windows' sound-recorder. <- Optional
8) By right-clicking each WAV file's icon, make sure that they are all 44.1kHz, 16-bit stereo. If any of them are not, you can open them in Sound-Recorder and save them as 44.1kHz, 16-bit stereo WAV files.
9) To be sure that each song has about the same volume, use the "normalize" feature in AudioGrabber. <- Optional

Burning a CD from WAV's:
It's a simple matter of following the instructions in the wizard of whatever burning program you use :)

Burning precautions:

• Depending on the buffer size of your burner and the speed of your computer, you shouldn't burn a CD any faster than 1x or 2x unless you are going to be doing nothing else while it is burning.
• If you have a fast computer and burner, do not try and burn any CD's faster than they are rated on the package for (doing so will just make an unplayable CD which you'll have no choice but to throw out.
• Audio must be burned in the first session of a CD. If you do a second session with added tracks, it will likely only play the first session's tracks on most stereos.
• If you want, you can burn data onto a second session of the CD after the Audio has been done in the first. However doing so makes it less easy for you to play the audio-CD on Winamp.
• Make sure to have CD "finalized" or "closed" when it is done burning.
