does anyone know where to obtain the connection schematics for a parallel port for discolitez. i have gone to the website specified in the help , however i cannot find it

They have a new website, which is here. Go to the page, and select "Circuits" from the "Rigs" section of the page, as listed in the menu on the right. There you will fond four circuits of various levels of complexity that will work with the discolitez plugin.

Be careful screwing around with the parallel port, and test every connection on the circuit before you plug it in - the port is too damn easy to blow....

thanks . iam an electronics technician and i desighn my own pcb layouts. however having said that i will install an isa port for this purpose.

And when it does blow, the odour is panicking. :(

Luckily for me, I don't ever print anything at home. So life without the LPT port isn't that harsh.

i love the smell od evaporated solder in the morning.. and thereon for the next two weeks.. :p
