ok I cannot seem to download any version of winamp being it either Full standard or lite can anyone tell me what is going on?

i cannot either.. have been trying for a day....

i have windows 2000 is that a problem???

In have windows ME and I had to reformat my hard drive this morning and when I went to go download winamp I got the page cannot be found or page cannot be displayed error mean "It's Not There!!"

winamp.com is currently undergoing major server upgrade tests.
Please be patient and all matters will be resolved ASAP.

Narr, I just cycle through each tech support category in turn, answer whatever's new, close the category, and continue with the cycle until I come back full circle . . . well, something like that anyway :D

Besides, I've got a slight advantage, what with being the author of TSGH -> Useful Links. I just copy & paste most of the links directly from my original text version, which of course includes a huge appendix of extra links that aren't in the forum version ;) :cool:

I can't get Winamp either
 

I have tried many different sites, but they all use the address " http:\\download.nullsoft.com/winamp/client/winamp276_full.exe. Whenever I try to use it my browser won't load to download. It doesn't matter what site I use, they all use the previous address. Winamp needs to get the address to load. It will never get better until they do that.

Heh, I think I am older than the average Winamp board user ( I am almost 20 ) :D. Anyways, I guess you are in the advantage since you are something like the Technical Support Guru for Winamp-related problems for a long while now :). I know how Winamp works, and I also code my own plugins ( don't ask me, they're very alpha :rolleyes: ), but since you know all the relevant links ... You score ;).
