Well I wanted to make a new sin, and i wanted to know if i need any knowldge in C/C++, or i only need to know some commands and to use Photoshop...

The scripting is XML based and as far as I know you need to use png files, not photoshop files, so I would suggest learning Fireworks really fast (although Photoshop 'does' save to png format as well).

Photoshop is all you need to create the graphics, and you can get pretty far by just copy/paste and modify the XML from the default skin.

Where can I learn to use this? I never bothered installing it before so I have no idea.

i found that screwing around with the default skin was quite an effective way of learning to skin winamp3

there are also quite a few good tutorials on the net some links to thise are here http://forums.winamp.com/announcement.php?forumid=57
