mIRC is a piece of software that you can download and install. You can use it to join Internet Relay Chat (IRC) chatrooms.

A great introduction to IRC can be found at irchelp.org.

heh, somehow I knew sax would come and whine here, even tho the chatroom and this forum have nothing to do with each other. No one else on the channel at the time seemed to mind his parting... (and coincidentally, I unbanned sax very shortly after). I apologize for #******* problems having to waste space here :(

They have very much to do with eachother. Alot of the members here go there, and rarely anyone who isn't a member here visits #*******.
