AVS Plugins not being recognized

I downloaded two AVS plugins and when i go to start them they are not listed. I have restarted WinAmp and still nothing. One is BartFUnks AVS Presets the other is Fabry AVS... what is an AVS btw?:rolleyes:

They are presets for the AVS plug-in, once installed rstart AVS from the Visual plug-ins menu (Ctrl-K) and select AVS, right click in the AVS window to select the preset

they are in teh plugins folder but that still does not work. what is wrong...!:eek:
