Trust me, no one has more than a hundred skins as claimed in the poll. I keep less than ten, only the best make it:)

actually it's me that has more than a hundred; the exact number is 186 (i have to filter some out), but it will still be over one hundred

It would be cool if you had a random skin actuator but damn, what a waste of space.

i used to have about 200 skins when i first had winamp... now i have like 20 ... 15 are amazing skins... 2 are completed works of mine, and 3 are incomplete works of mine

I think most peeps are like that - I used to have 300 or so. The way winamp does stuff, its easy to download what you think is a cool skin, but a little more trouble to track down what turned out to be a shitty skin and delete it.

Approximately 230 Skins...And yes all but 20 are my own.

Most of them are kept in Zip files labeled per year, inside are 12 Months each with the skins for that month in them. :: HEH :: To much info huh.

that's usually what happens; when i accumulate too much say 200-300, i go thru and delete the ones that are really, well . . . not so good

well, I've got about 30 or so, but only because I'm to lazy to manually delete the thins.
They usually get deleted when it's time to do a nice format c: witch is about 2 times in 3 to 6 months

I'm using Wa3 - and i've got all skins for Wa3 (maybe... :p )

Oh, really, last time I checked (a minute ago), about 1360 skins in the folder (about 200 MB overally).

We coult use his pc as a skin database. :D

They just sort of collect on the HD, before you know it, there are so many I can't invest the time to sort them all, but I don't want to do a full-on delete because there might be a rare gem in the mix....

ii truely have over 100 i think its almost 200 about 10-20 are things that i have tried to make and about 2 are mine that i have made so... its a long list but i will post the names of em and links to em maybe! (in an attached html document...:D

I only have about 20, 5 which I'm too lazy to delete, 5 of my works in progress that get loaded and reloaded, and 10 exceptional ones that I play and bow down to every time I open PhotoShop. :p Any more and I would get lost and just waste 'em as well as the space on my HD. But then again, 90GB is a little hard to waste.:cool:

Yes of course. Variety breeds something. I've forgotten. Anyway, if you have only one skin, you become dependant. What would happen if you had to scrub your drive without being able to backup that skin and the Winamp database stayed in it's current state leaving you unable to find it again, eh? You'd slowly decay until you were mentally unstable and butchered your HD and all members of Nullsoft, shortly afterwards taking your own life.

Then were would you be? ;)

I normally don't sit and watch winamp as i'm listening to music.

I do! Shall I go and sit in the corner, on the desk next to nobody? Rejected again and again and I still come back for more!

Some skins can take hours of my attention, just looking at them, playing around a bit.
