What program do i use for making WINAMP SKINS!! I've been using MSpaint EEKK!! I need a good icon editor, a good picture editor...and uhh anything else u need. Please just tell me what programs I should use.

hey, mspaint whips ass

dude, dont dis mspaint. i made two whip ass skins with it. so if u need all these effects and all that that means you cant work hard to make a skin.
