idea for a skin texture...
 

heres a texture i just made and i wanted opions on it (like if i should use it for a background for a skin that i am going to make... its a simple texture...but it looks kickass!

My opinion
 

Nice texture. To use it on a skin you'll need to either lighten it a bit and use a dark colour over it or darken it and use white. As it looks just now I think you'd have to use it sparingly or the skin will look quite cluttered (maybe cut the buttons out the texture and use on a plain background?).

What did you use to make it by the way?

hey r-e submit your texture to devart they have a section and i know u are signed up there

i did submit it there bo. like 5 min b4 i put the message here...

and i used Jasc paintshop pro... 2 textures and 2 paints... very fucking easy!!! :D

Dat's nice, I could have used that on a skin that I never got around to finishing, oh well maybe next time, good work :)

thanks M J now that i have linux and not WinBloze... i guess that i will be makin less and less winamp skins.... oh well maybe its for the better :D...

but i will still be here to guide the newbies away from skinner and to the true powers of PSP PS GIMP MSPaint and others...!
