How long does it take for a skin....

i submitted a skin how long does it take before it can be downloaded from the site? In my control panel it is still unpublished. What am i doing wrong?:confused

The skin has to be looked at by the skin review team. this'll take around three weeks. Just sit back and relax.

Its alot better than it wuz before. 2 months wuz normal back then.
