Looking for a ftp server

i'm looking for pc connected to the line 24/7. I'd like to build a radio but my computer is really weak, so like telepone lines in my country. Can you could receive a lot of entries for yourself cause i got a site very popular, but i need a server to develop it!
I don't need gb an gb of space.
250 Mb can be enough!

I want to build a radio. I have wonderful mp3 to use. I need space somewhere to do that. Live 365 killed me.
Someone can host my files? I can't cause my computer isn't good.
Is it clear now?
If you have more space in your computer to host an external radio please let me know.
