Winamp keeps skipping to the bottom...

of my playlist, and then doesn't play the song! Every time I try to play any song, it just skips down...I've already uninstalled the Lite version I had, and re-installed the Full version, but it still does it!!! HELP!!!

Press Ctrl+P to go to the preferences.

In Plugins > Input, click on Either waveOut or DirectSound if one of those are not already selected.

Sounds more like a case of dead links to me.
Have you recently moved any of the mp3's linked to in the playlist to another location on your HDD? If so, you'll need to recreate the playlist from scratch.
