ZIP to WSZ format
 

Ok people this is really buggin me. I zip my skin files into one big zip file. Then try to rename it to .wsz and it never works. WTH am I doing wrong? Any details are mucho appreciated... :o

you have to make sure you have view file extensions on in Windows explorer or you will ned up with skin.wsz.zip, which is wrong

Did you say you took multiple skins (i.e. Cold Fusion, AmpESizer, etc.) and put them all in one WSZ file?! That doesn't work :p

And even if it did, it wouldn't save any more space than having separate WSZ files (well maybe a few BYTES because of the individual overheads)

Move all your skin files into one folder (c:\skins for example) and open up a DOS prompt.


At the prompt, type cd c:\skins to enter this directory.

Then at the prompt type rem *.zip *.wsz

All done....
