help! winamp won't play entire file
 

What do I have set up wrong? Sometimes when I'm playing my messages (I used Winamp to listen to my voicemail. They are mp3 files) it stops part way through the message and I can't get it to play the whole thing. I've run through tech support with my v/m company and they said to go to you all.
