its by a group called "Chumbawamba" (yes, this is spelled right), on their cd "Tubthumper".

edit: the song is called Tubthumping. anything i missed?

what about that musical score they play in the new Lord of the Rings trailer? the score starts about at 1:20 and 2:00 in the clip.
