How do I publish on Winamp.com ?
 

I have uploaded a file on Winamp.com but they says me that it is not published.
How do I do to publush it ?

You submit it like you already have. The reviewing team publishes the skin with a rating and comments after a few weeks.

In a few weeks, my avs presets will perhaps not work with the new version !!!

It'll take a few weeks as mentioned before, there are 1000's of other submissions made to winamp.com every week, they are reviewed in the order they are submitted, simple as that.

I serioulsy doubt any pre-sets made now will not work in future versions of winamp, after all new releases of winamp don't happen every week, think there was something like 3/4 months between 2.76 and 2.77.

Have to wait your turn like everyone else.

I have tried my AVS presets with Winamp 3 Beta, and they didn't work
that's why.
