how do i convert real audios to mp3???

Don't. It'll just make them sound worse. Geth an input plugin which allows Winamp to play RealAudio files on Winamp and just listen to them like that.

yep, get a good plug-in like Tara that'll let you listen to realaudio with Winamp. Much better.
That's the one I use.
