Display Filename and Path, Not ID3 Info

Is there a way to display the path and filename of tracks in the playlist, not the ID3 info?

ctrl+p > preferences > plugins > input > nullsoft mpeg audio decoder > configure > title

you can additionally delete the id3tags if you don't need them
