Unicode/international support in winamp
 

I wonder if somebody can help me with the following problem.

I run win2000, us version, with support for russian input locale installed. I have a CD with a bunch of mp3 with russian filenames. I can browse the directories and see files in Windows explorer, but Winamp refuses to play these mp3. Winamp displays the file names as '????????.mp3' or something like that, all russian letters replaced with question marks. When I copy a file to the hard disk and rename it so it does not contain cyrillic, it works fine.

Any thoughts on how I might fix it?
