I can't submit new skins

When I log in and click on the 'Submit' button, the next page I see has an empty listbox. When I click 'Next' there, the page just reloads. I've tried Netscape 6, Netscape 4.77 and Explorer 6. I've also attached a copy of the faulty webpage, ZIP-compressed.

Can anyone help me, pleez?

The database is down right now. It happens. Be patient; you'll be able to submit soon enough (probably later today or tomorrow).
