why is it red!?!???
FFS @ dense people, and about 2 others said "Cool skin" and gave it no stars, is the system dying yet again?

I *always* make sure my transparencies are white. Even if that's not the colour I anti-aliased against. 'cos I've seen this happen to other skins.

the why is it red question is just a complete dumbass. And the cool skin with 0 stars is another dumbass who is too stupid to chaneg the star count from 0 to 5. Why do they make 0 stars the automatically chosen rating? they should make it like "Choose Rating" so if you forget to change the rating, a warning will tell you... SHEEEESH

don't stress too much over the morons with the star ratings... I think everyone in skin love, and those who are not in skin love, that make excellent skins are subject to those people

in fact, I think a majority of us are specifically and individually targeted.

Fortunately you got lots of other ratings to at least make up for some of them.

unfortunately, no matter how hard we try, no matter how much we complain, no matter how much we ask winamp/ns/aol to change things, they're not going to listen... do a search, you'll see. this has been an issue for a long time.

Perhaps we should divise our own skin rating system, maybe someone could build a site and password protect so that only people that have been around here for a while could rate them.

It could become our own little place for reviews which actually mean something.

I mean...if one of the major dudes in here rated a skin of mine with 0 stars...I would know that it was really crap...but on the flipside of that if they rated it with 4 or 5...I would be over the moon.

I think the green background doesn't match the picture
sometimes when you decrease colors, it just picks a close one and not the exact one. try editing the palette.

and yes, it matches enough that only the very well-trained eye can tell the slight difference in shade

and the only reason its off (caues the hex is the same as far as I can see) is because one has more depth (32bit vs. 16bit) blah blah blah

such nonsensical technicalities... sigh...
