Commamd line(2.77)

Just a question... Does anyone know where I might find the command lines used for winamp?
What I am trying to do is have a shortcut open a NEW winamp window with a specific playlist. But I want to keep the allow multiply instances option off. I know its possible, but I have know idea where to find the information. Any information would be greatly welcomed.
