My father almost named me "Rudyard" but my mother wouldn't allow it. I would prefer it over Alex though, its much more original... and literary ;)

I like my name because of the Scottish and Irish heritage behind it.

Two other names I always liked are Joshua and Levi.

Whoa! That's kind of trippy. My brother Tony has two sons named Joshua and Levi. :eek:

I've always considered Levi to be an uncommon name, although I am aware of the Biblical origin of both names. Weird huh?

I like my name. Everyone that meets me says that my name fits me perfectly.

I have 3 sons, their names are Corey, Dylan, and Kyle. I like their names, and they like them also.

If I had a girl I would name her Jazmyn or Samantha (not to be called sam).

Anyway, my name's OK. Hmmm not sure what I'll call my kids... Scott? Simon? Tom? Levi is cool... Stephanie, Rebecca or Sophie for girls.
I wouldn't give my kids names that are too unusual in case they get made fun of in school.

I like my name (Lawrence), but i hated it when I was younger, it was too long.

I don't wanna change it. I grew up with it. It's my name.. why change it? It's me and who I am.

I'm happy with my name. I don't think I could get used to anything else.

Godamnit half of America thinks I got it from some stupid video game. It's a Historical name people, A Persian King. Name of a G.F. Handel symphony. It was his first before somebody decided to use it in some game.

You have to remember that allot of people's history
only goes back 10 or 15 years, if that far.

my names cool, my last name is french for the rock, i was thinking that when i have a child ill name him/her something that goes with the name in a diffrent tongue IE: a word for im, so it would be im the rock. or "strong" as the rock. hmmmm im gonna go look up words now

Increbresco La Roche, thats what i would name my child.
Increbresco is latin for: to grow stronger then
La Roche is french for: rufly The Rock

so the name would mean to grow stornger then the rock :D

i have nothing wrong with the name justin. my middle name, levi, sucks though. i think my dad was drunk.

if i ever have kids (scary thought), i'd name them.. i haven't thought that far.

Just don't name your male child Jr.
Like the same name as yours but Jr. at the end.
Believe me that causes all kinds of problems later in life.
