My fave(and my best dish overall) is Chicken Broccoli over rice.
It's absolutely fantasmo!
Boneless chicken breast sliced
a can of cream of chicken soup
some broccoli
shredded cheese, quantity doesn't matter
an amount of milk

throw it over rice
and serve!

Good drawing there, dude!
Time to toot my own horn. I'll scan it here soon but I started a new cartoon strip for the ski area I work at and have been asked to draw for the newsletter! YEEHAW, I've gotta goal;)

When I cook chicken, my favorite way
is to take the chicken and put it in a baking dish.
Then cover it with milk.
On top of all the chicken put slabs of butter, salt, and pepper.
Then throw it in the oven.
Bake till its done.
After it's done, pull the chicken out of the dish.
Then make a very light gravy using a little flour with the milk, butter and chicken juice mixture.
Serve that with rice and boccoli.
Yum Yum Yum
:D

I take two boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and throw 'em in a casserole dish. I cover them with Campbells Golden Mushroom soup and bake 'em at 350 degrees for about an hour. While they are cooking I make some mashed potatoes and cook up a good green vegetable as a side dish. The mixture of the cooked chicken juices and the golden mushroom soup make an excellent gravy for the potatoes. Serve with the lager of your choice. ;)

It's manly men recipe night on the forums. :D

throw the chicken away and go to madrin garden and order their lemon chicken :) its chicken in a thick lemon sauce which you may or may not be familiar with. if you dont want to do that try making a lemon sauce concauction with starch lemon juice and mollasses :)

Well, it looks like I'm a tad late here, but my current favorite chicken and spaghetti dish is chicken, marinated in a hawaiian marinade (this of course would be the hardest to find - my local market has it as a 30 minute marinade. The only difference in its ingredients from the average BBQ sauce is the lack of spicy spices and the addition of sweet fruits like mangos and such. You might get close with a Teriyaki sauce, especially if you put just a little sugar in it) with red bell peppers.

Anyway,
1) put some holes in the chicken
2) put the chicken in the marinade
3) start your water boiling for the noodles
4)While it's boiling and your chicken is sitting, core the red pepper and cut into 1/4 inch slices lengthwise, then cut them all in half. You should wind up with pieces that look bite sized.
5) once the water has begun boiling, put the noodles in and put your chicken in a skillet on medium heat (you can also bake it, but you can't exactly do that spur of the moment)
6) Once the chicken is reasonably done, take it out, cut it in fajita style slices, put it back in the skillet with the peppers to finish.
7) Both the chicken/pepper skillet and the spaghetti noodles ought to finish about the same time. Remove both from heat, strain and oil your noodles a little so they don't stick, put your peppers and chicken in a bowl with a little teriyaki (or whatever you're using) sauce, swirl 'em around to get 'em flavored really well (if you marinated overnight, or even more than an hour you can probably skip this step) and serve.

If you're cooking for 2, I recommend tossing all ingredients together. With enough for more than 2, it can get tedious, so in that case I recommend serving seperately.

 Well, that's the recipe. I know most of you guys won't give a shit, but what the hell, it's good, and fairly simple. It's definitely a different flavor from the typical italian/texmex/coldcut fare. :)

DJ ROACH 3rd December 2001 02:21

checking for peppers now......DAMIT i got two peppers green and red, both bad  i found broccoli but its kinda soft? and i found i have a tamato and two yams. lol i got lettuce and salad dressing also, plus bbq sause and teriyaki...no peppers damn.
so far if i cant cook something in this thread ill be able to build something from it.

ElChevelle 3rd December 2001 02:21

BRILLIANT idea for a topic!
I'm always interested in new recipes(usually get most of mine from the Campbell's soup website)

*Chev prints out awesome thread in search of new recipes to torture new dates with*

Hmmmmm...I'm a bit curious
not that I really need to know or anything
but...
do you lay the chicken on its back or front to do this?
:D

Nofx Guy 3rd December 2001 03:05

hmm im late on this one but my favorite chicken dish is to sprinkle lemon pepper on my chicken and then bbq them till done. cut potatoes into wedges and cover lightly with oil and then microwave for 3 minutes. take the potatoes and then bbq them to. after cut the potatoes open and smother them in margarine... eat up.. this goes well with a salad... mines simple but tastes good.

ElChevelle 3rd December 2001 03:24

Chickens are like women.....
they want the same things?!?

What'll it be honey, on your back or in your crack?

In your snatch or down the hatch?

In your goat or down your throat?

Ekkkk, what a nasty thing to say for a moderator huh?

I've already asked like 5 times to be reprimanded to member staus anyway. You know how tough it is to express your opinions, as a moderator, truthfully and uncensored???

Nofx Guy 3rd December 2001 03:52

must be hard, but think of the upside......

weedsatan 3rd December 2001 05:06

My own pizza...

I make the dough myself, then cover it with a few drops of olive oil (no other) some herbs (not weed :) ) and then a tomato based sauce. Then cover it like the person that's gonna eat it wants it..
With one exception.. Not too big and no raw eggs..

And those pizza's are delicious...
Only one trouble.. the kitchen's a bit of a mess after I made 3 of those.. :)

DJ ROACH 3rd December 2001 05:41
