Subject lines suck
 

Here's what I been working on today. I redid my entire color scheme on my computer. Its all blue. So now I'm trying to make a skin to match. Yes I know blue is overused. Yes I know some of you could've made this skin in half an hour. I personally spent the last 8 hours on it. I for real don't know what to do with it.

It might be headed for my permanently incomplete file.

Ooh! Pretty and blue and stuff! I really like that, I wanna grab all the little squares and move them around. Keep playing with it, it'll be another nice skin to add to your already huge collection.
Maybe you could make it flow a little more. Join some of the sections up. Like on the C buttons, you could join them up, but still keep a little dip in between each one. To show where one starts and the other ends.

I like the Equalizer bars. You always can do something cool with the EQ. Lesse what else... The big Blue Line on the left should have a bottom. That way, you can stick on the top right corner of your screen and it'll look all spiffy. Err, just look at This:

Anyway, I love those cursors. I don't know how you have the patience to make animated cursorshttp://www.davidmear.com/smilies/bow.gif. They look all sparkly and nice, and that's gonna help make them stand out against the skin.

What are you going to do with the PL scroll bar? At the moment it seems too thin compared to the rest of the skin.

lucid, animated cursors actually have a theraputic effect on me. i made some intense ones on my first skin here... wicked cursors i hope you like it, keep in mind it was my 1st

those are some nice cursors - a little bright to look at - they really do make the skin though

its still going to be a while for this skin - I sold the majority of my weekdays - my evenings are too short - and Christmas is banging on my back door ::sigh::

anywayz, I decided to see what it would look like if I didn't dimension the letters and numbers and went digitized. I'm not sure if I like it better or not. I might need to go darker instead of lighter. I don't want to go white though, and so far haven't found a good shade.. so anyway, HELP!

I think it would look good with the letters and numbers from the second one, but change the white to the blue used in the first one. But that's just me.

oh yeh, that link file doesn't do squat, just the plain old base skin.

hmm.... the eq sliders on the skin that i got dont nearly look as pretty :D:D:D

apparently the .wsz file was corrupted sometime during the upload - I expect my ftp was trying to reset my connection (see attached)

pretty nice bubbly skin :rolleyes: you missed a few dots tho:p or is that intentional:weird:

on the vol slider the dots stop with 3 lit up at max and only one lit at min

on the balance, the dots flow in a random pattern to end up lit no matter if its 100% center 100% right or 100% left

on the eQpL buttons, the pressed state for opening the other components is different than the one closing

on the eq sliders there are 3 dark dots at the bottom when its all the way down - and 2 lit when its all the way at the top

you think it would look better if they all ran evenly at each end of the bars? I might could fix that - but then I probably won't - I almost never update a skin once its in .wsz format
