My first transparency skin

Not sure... this is my first try at transparency, and only my third try at a skin. I know, I know, this sort of thing has been done before :-) Any comments? Any suggestions? I'm fairly happy with it, I think. Needs to be tweaked a little more before I submit it.

Not yet, I still have a few more things to finish on it (the unfinished stuff looks like TemplateAmp right now :-) but I'm pretty close to being done.
