New Skin Idea
 

I was wondering, can anyone make a skin that looks like it just came out of a frozen cave?

I want icicles to be hanging all around it, or even perhaps make the skin itself look like stalagmites and stalagtites.

I think it would be very interesting to look at.

I would want a dark blue color to the base, and just white realistic looking icicles hanging off of it. I think it would be a neat skin for someone to work on!

that sounds like a good idea, but its not likely that anyone here will make it for you, so you're better off making it yourself..

Sorry, but I have absolutely no time or experience to do it. LOL.

I dont even have PSP, and its hard to make outstanding skins in MSPaint, even though I have seen quite a few made in MS paint I liked.

I just thought someone might want to :)
