2. No tagbacks (persuant to rule 1).
3. If your name is near the end of the alphabet, you must tag someone either at the beginning of the alphabet, or someone whose name begins with a number.
4. If you are tagged, but not online in an 1 hour span preceeding the tagging, someone else can volunteer to tag anyone else of their choosing.

weedsatan, you'd have to tag someone whose nick starts with X. So you could tag, say, Xerxes. He'd then have to tag someone whose nick starts with Y, and so on, until someone with a Z nick was tagged, who could then tag anyone.
